Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 14.1 oz
- Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Margarine - 7.1 oz
- Frozen black currant puree - to taste
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Separate 1/4 of the margarine and set it aside temporarily.
Step 2
Mix the remaining margarine, 100 grams of sugar, and 3 eggs by hand.
Step 3
While kneading, gradually add flour until you achieve a homogeneous mass that is not too liquid but not too stiff, so it can be rolled out on a baking sheet.
Step 4
Grind the set-aside 1/4 of margarine with 2 tablespoons of sugar and 200 grams of flour into crumbs.
Step 5
Roll out the dough to the size of the baking tray. Grease the tray with vegetable oil or line it with parchment paper. Place the dough on it and evenly distribute the currants on top, then sprinkle with crumbs.
Step 6
Place in a preheated oven at medium heat for 25 minutes.
Step 7
Remove from the oven and cut into cookies.
