- Wheat Flour - 12.3 oz
- Vanilla salt - 0.4 oz
- Sugar - 5.3 oz
- Baking Powder - ½ teaspoon
- Butter - 5.3 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Salt - a pinch
- Marinated cherries - 28.2 oz
- Dr. Oetker Cake Jelly - 1 package
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Soften the butter at room temperature.
Step 10
Pour the prepared Dr. Oetker cake jelly over the pie and refrigerate until set.
Step 2
Beat the butter with 100 grams of sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy.
Step 3
While continuing to beat, add the egg.
Step 4
Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt, and add them to the butter mixture.
Step 5
Knead the dough until it becomes elastic. If necessary, add 3–4 tablespoons of water. The dough can be used immediately or chilled beforehand.
Step 6
Remove the pits from the cherries, sprinkle with 50 grams of sugar, and let sit to release juice. You can use any other berries to taste.
Step 7
Pour the juice into a glass and, if necessary, add water or juice from a carton (bring to 250 ml).
Step 8
Place the berries on the dough laid out in the form with sides.
Step 9
Put the pie in a preheated oven at 356°F for 30–40 minutes. Remove and let cool.
