Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 3.5 oz
- Butter - 2.1 oz
- Vinegar essence - to taste
- Cottage cheese - 3.5 oz
- Powdered Sugar - 2.8 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Marinated cherries - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cream the room temperature butter with 40 g of powdered sugar, add the flour, and knead.
Step 2
For the filling, mix the cottage cheese with 40 g of powdered sugar. Beat the egg and add it to the cottage cheese mixture.
Step 3
Grease the molds with butter. Distribute 2/3 of the total dough mass into the molds, flatten it on the bottom, and press it down well with your fingers. Top with the cottage cheese filling, add cherries, and sprinkle the remaining dough on top in crumb form.
Step 4
Bake for 20–25 minutes at 392°F until golden brown. Serve slightly cooled, if you can wait for them to cool!
