Ingredients
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Raisins - 0.7 oz
- Butter - 8.8 oz
- Wheat Flour - 1 cup
- Sugar - 3 tablespoons
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Vanilla Ice Cream - 17.6 oz
- Chocolate Sauce - 1.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the chilled butter with flour, sugar, and baking powder, add the egg, knead the dough, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Once chilled, roll out the dough thinly on a surface between two layers of plastic wrap.
Step 3
Carefully transfer the dough sheet to the molds and smooth it out across the surface.
Step 4
Prick the dough in several places with a fork to prevent deformation during baking.
Step 5
Bake at 220˚C for 15–20 minutes.
Step 6
Cool the pastry.
Step 7
Remove the cups from the molds, fill them with scoops of ice cream, decorate with raisins, and drizzle with chocolate sauce.
