Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 2 cups
- Sugar - 1½ cups
- Margarine - 4.4 oz
- Baking Powder - 0.4 oz
- Cottage cheese - 7.1 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Sour Cream - 3.5 oz
- Apple - 2 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pour the flour, 0.5 cups of sugar, and the packet of baking powder onto the work surface, add the chilled margarine, and chop everything with a knife into a uniform crumb.
Step 2
Beat the 2 eggs with 1 cup of sugar until completely dissolved. Then gradually mix in the cottage cheese and sour cream.
Step 3
Wash the apples, peel them, remove the core, and cut them into wedges.
Step 4
Grease a springform pan, line it with paper or sprinkle with flour. Pour half of the flour crumb into the pan and level it. Place the apples on top, pour the cottage cheese mixture over them, and sprinkle with the remaining crumb, leveling it out.
Step 5
Place in a preheated oven at 356°F. Bake for 45 minutes.
