Ingredients
- Butter - 8.8 oz
- Wheat Flour - 2 cups
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Baking Powder - ½ tablespoon
- Salt - a pinch
- Cottage cheese - 17.6 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Vanilla salt - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the softened butter into cubes, add the flour, 2 tablespoons of sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix the dough by hand. Divide into 2 parts, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for an hour.
Step 2
Mix the cottage cheese, remaining sugar, eggs, and vanilla sugar.
Step 3
Take the dough out of the refrigerator. Grate the first part of the dough on a coarse grater into a greased baking dish, flatten it, and spread the cottage cheese filling on top. Grate the second part of the dough on top.
Step 4
Place in a preheated oven (356°F) for twenty to thirty minutes.
