Silky Chocolate Pudding
Ingredients
- Gelatin - 0.2 oz
- Milk - 14 fl oz
- Sugar - 4.9 oz
- Cocoa Powder - 0.7 oz
- Salt - ¾ teaspoon
- Vanillin - 2 teaspoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Soak the gelatin in 70 ml of milk.
Step 2
In a saucepan over low heat, combine sugar, cocoa, salt, and the remaining milk. Stir and cook until boiling and the sugar is completely dissolved, about 5 minutes. Immediately add the milk with gelatin and mix well. Add vanillin. Place in the freezer uncovered for 15 minutes, then cover with plastic wrap and keep for 3–4 hours until it becomes a solid chocolate mass.
Step 3
Before serving, you can whip the pudding with a hand mixer until it reaches a smooth, silky consistency. Divide into molds and serve.
