Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Whip the egg whites with 100 grams of sugar (adding it gradually) until stiff peaks form using a simple spiral whisk — the result is better than using a mixer.
Step 2
Beat the yolks with 100 grams of sugar. Combine the egg whites with the yolks. Add sifted flour until the consistency is like thick pouring sour cream. The batter is ready.
Step 3
Grease the bottom of a baking dish or pan with vegetable oil, sprinkle with flour (a thin layer), and arrange pieces of apple as desired.
Step 4
Pour the batter over the apples. Bake without opening the oven until golden brown at medium temperature. If the pie is undercooked inside, lower the heat and keep it in longer. Baking takes about 10–15 minutes. That's it. You can make any cream for spreading.
