Description

To decorate the finished cheesecake, you can use a bit of chocolate (another 300 grams will be enough): melt it in a water bath, pour it into a piping bag, and drizzle small decorative shapes onto parchment paper. Leave it in the freezer until completely hardened.

  • Cookie - 10.6 oz
  • Butter - 5.3 oz
  • Cocoa Powder - 4 tablespoons
  • Semi-soft cream cheese - 8.8 oz
  • Powdered Sugar - 3.5 oz
  • Chocolate 53% - 7.1 oz
  • Heavy cream - 3 fl oz
  • Fresh Berries - to taste
  • Nuts - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Crust. Crush the cookies in a blender into crumbs, melt the butter until liquid, mix with the crumbs and cocoa powder, and press into a small mold. Place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

Step 2

Chocolate Mousse. Whip the heavy cream with 50 g of powdered sugar. Whip the cream cheese with another 50 g of powdered sugar, add the melted chocolate, and finally fold in the whipped cream. Evenly spread the mousse over the crust in the mold using a spatula. Leave in the refrigerator for 40 minutes.

Step 3

Decoration. Transfer the finished cheesecake to a plate, decorate with fresh berries, chocolate, and nuts.
