- Wheat Flour - 1 cup
- Butter - 10.6 oz
- Chocolate - 10.6 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 3 pieces
- Powdered Sugar - 2 tablespoons

Knead the dough. For this, rub the flour and 100 grams of cold butter together. Add the powdered sugar and knead the dough. Wrap the dough ball in plastic wrap and refrigerate for half an hour.

Then roll it out and place it in a mold, covering the sides. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown. Baking temperature should be up to 392°F.
Step 3
Melt the remaining butter with the chocolate in a water bath. Add the egg yolks and mix thoroughly. Finally, add the whipped egg whites.
Step 4
Pour into the mold and refrigerate overnight.
