- Milk - 4 fl oz
- Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande - 7.8 oz
- Cream (40%) - 7 fl oz
- Powdered Sugar - 2.1 oz
- Dark Chocolate Glaze Dr.Oetker - 7.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 320°F and line two 20-centimeter cake pans with parchment paper.
Step 2
Lightly beat the butter with sugar and vanilla extract until fluffy and creamy.
Step 3
Add the eggs one at a time, beating until smooth after each addition.
Step 4
In a separate bowl, sift the flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder. Mix with the milk and add to the main mixture.
Step 5
Fill the pans with the batter and bake for about 30–35 minutes. Allow the cakes to cool after removing from the oven.
Step 6
While the cake base is baking, whip the mascarpone with the cream and powdered sugar.
Step 7
Spread the resulting mixture on one cake layer and cover it with the other.
Step 8
Cover the cake with chocolate glaze and get to work immediately, or someone might take it away.
