Simple Chocolate Cookies
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 2 cups
- Baking Powder - 0.4 oz
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Butter - 2.8 oz
- Milk - 3 fl oz
- Vanillin - 0 oz
- Liquid dark chocolate - 0.7 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sift the flour, add the baking powder, and set aside.
Step 2
Mix the egg with sugar, then add melted butter. Combine with the flour, and dilute with milk to achieve the desired dough consistency. At the end of mixing, I additionally added soaked raisins and wheat-buckwheat flakes.
Step 3
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, spoon the dough onto it, and sprinkle crushed chocolate on top. I used dark chocolate.
Step 4
Bake for 20 minutes at 428°F, using both upper and lower heat settings. If you want the cookies to be crunchier, leave them in the cooling oven for a while longer.
