Ingredients
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Sugar - 7.1 oz
- Butter - 7.1 oz
- Mayonnaise - 7.1 oz
- Wheat Flour - 14.1 oz
- Cinnamon - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix sugar and cinnamon in a ratio of about 5:1.
Step 2
Mix the eggs, flour, butter, granulated sugar, and mayonnaise until you achieve a smooth, uniform mixture. Divide the resulting dough into pieces of approximately 30 grams each.
Step 3
Form a ball from each piece of dough, flatten it, and roll it in a mixture of cinnamon and sugar. If there isn't enough sugar, the cookies will turn out dark and appear slightly burnt. However, if the cinnamon is well mixed with a generous amount of sugar, the cookies will look quite different and will only have a slight 'browned' appearance.
Step 4
Place the cookies on the baking sheet. There is no need to grease the baking sheet beforehand, as the dough is already quite rich.
Step 5
Bake for 20 minutes at 338°F.
Step 6
Serve the cookies cooled.
