- Wheat Flour - 5.3 oz
- Cottage cheese - 4.6 oz
- Butter - 2.6 oz
- Sugar - 5.6 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Powdered Sugar - 2 tablespoons

Step 1
Beat the soft butter with sugar for about 5-6 minutes until it reaches a fluffy 'crumb' consistency. Add the cottage cheese (if it is particularly grainy, it is best to pass it through a sieve) and beat until smooth.
Step 2
Crack both eggs into the mixture, beat again, and gradually sift in the flour. Now take your time and knead the dough thoroughly — it should be dense and gather around the beaters.
Step 3
Line the baking pan with parchment paper, greased with butter and dusted with flour, place the future cake into it, and send it to a preheated oven at 338°F for about an hour.
Step 4
Check for readiness with a skewer/match/spaghetti; it should come out dry from the center. Remove it, let it cool for a bit, and sprinkle with powdered sugar. It is good both warm and cooled, especially nice with tea on a cold, cloudy morning.
