Description

Ingredients

  • Margarine - 7.1 oz
  • Wheat Flour - 16.9 oz
  • Cottage cheese - 14.1 oz
  • Sugar - 3.5 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Add cottage cheese to the margarine and beat until combined.

Step 2

Gradually add flour to form a stiff dough. Do not add sugar to the dough.

Step 3

Divide the dough into several parts, roll out one part not too thin, and cut out circles using a glass. Repeat this with all parts. The dough rolls out easily.

Step 4

Pour sugar into a small dish and coat each circle in sugar.

Step 5

Roll each piece of dough with the sugar inside and coat again in sugar. Repeat this 'procedure' with all the circles of dough.

Step 6

Roll each circle again and place on a greased baking sheet or parchment paper.

Step 7

Bake for about 40 minutes at 356°F until they are golden brown. Let them cool slightly and serve with milk or cocoa.
