- Coconut flakes - 1.2 oz
- Ice Cream - 0 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Vegetable Oil - 3 fl oz
- Savoiardi Cookies - 1.8 oz

Crack the eggs into a deep bowl. Start beating them with a mixer on low speed for 1 minute. Switch to maximum speed and beat for another minute. You should get a fluffy and dense foam.

Crumble the cookies into fine crumbs.
Step 3
Divide the ice cream into equal portioned pieces.
Step 4
Now you need to work quickly. Dip the ice cream in the coconut flakes. Quickly immerse it in the egg foam and roll it in the crumbled cookies.
Step 5
Immediately place the prepared pieces in the freezer for half an hour. Remove from the freezer and repeat the coating process a second time (coconut, egg, cookies).
Step 6
The pan with oil should be well heated. Place the ice cream in the pan and fry for 15 seconds on each side. Serve immediately after cooking. Enjoy your meal!
