Ingredients
- Sugar - 7.1 oz
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Butter - 7.1 oz
- Wheat Flour - 10.6 oz
- Salt - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs with sugar.
Step 2
Let the butter or margarine soften slightly and add it to the mixture, cutting it into pieces. Thoroughly mix the ingredients with a spoon (you can also use a mixer). Add a small pinch of salt.
Step 3
Add the flour to the mixture, sifting it through a sieve if desired. Mix the dough, dusting the top with flour, and place it in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes.
Step 4
Pinch off small portions of the dough and roll them out on a floured surface to a thickness of about 0.5 cm. Use a small plate, cookie cutters, or simply a knife to cut shapes from the dough.
Step 5
Place our future cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or greased with butter.
Step 6
Preheat the oven to 356°F, and only then place the baking tray inside.
Step 7
Bake the cookies for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with sugar while hot, then let cool.
