- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Milk - 17 fl oz
- Wheat Flour - 2 cups
- Sugar - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Olive Oil - to taste
- Activated Baking Soda - a pinch
Step by Step guide

Lightly beat the eggs.

Warm the milk.
Step 3
Gradually add flour to the warm milk and mix.
Step 4
Add sugar, salt, olive oil (you can add 0.5 teaspoon of baking soda, activated with vinegar, for the pancakes to have holes).
Step 5
Heat the frying pan. Add vegetable oil.
Step 6
Pour the mixture onto the hot pan in a thin layer. Cook on both sides.
