Description

Ingredients

  • Sugar - 10.6 oz
  • Butter - 4.1 oz
  • Farm fresh eggs - 2 pieces
  • Vanilla extract - 2 teaspoons
  • Wheat Flour - 6.7 oz
  • Baking Powder - 0.3 oz
  • Milk - 4 fl oz
  • Semi-soft cream cheese - 8.1 oz
  • Almond - ½ teaspoon
  • Heavy cream - 2 cups

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 347°F. Line a 12-cup muffin pan with paper liners.

Step 2

In a medium bowl, mix together the sugar and butter. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then add the vanilla. Combine the flour and baking powder, add to the butter mixture, and mix well. Finally, add the milk and mix until the batter is smooth. Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin pan, filling each cup about 2/3 full.

Step 3

Bake for 20–25 minutes in the preheated oven.

Step 4

Once the cupcakes have cooled, remove them from the pan and frost with icing.

Step 5

For the icing, beat 230 grams of cream cheese, 0.5 cup of sugar, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and 0.5 teaspoon of almond extract in a large bowl until smooth. While the cream is being whipped, slowly pour in the heavy cream in a thin stream. Whip the cream until it thickens sufficiently.
