Ingredients
- Leek - 0.7 oz
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Tomatoes - 3.5 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 4 pieces
- Italian chopped parsley - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Ramiro Pepper - 1.8 oz
- Pizza Mozzarella Cheese - 1.1 oz
- Flaky sea salt - a pinch
- Herbs - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the leek.
Step 2
Pour oil into the skillet with a pinch of coarse sea salt. Heat the oil.
Step 3
Roughly chop the tomatoes.
Step 4
Crack the eggs into a cup and add salt.
Step 5
Add Italian herbs and black pepper. Mix thoroughly.
Step 6
Sauté the leek and tomatoes over high heat for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 7
Cut the Ramiro pepper into small cubes.
Step 8
Add the Ramiro pepper to the egg mixture and stir.

Add the chopped mozzarella cheese to the egg mixture.

Pour the resulting egg mixture into the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Cover and simmer over medium heat for about 12 minutes.
