Ingredients

  • Butter - to taste
  • Puff Pastry - 1 piece
  • Chives - 1 bunch
  • Smoked Salmon Flavored Croutons - 10.6 oz
  • Sour Cream - 7.1 oz
  • Arugula - 1 bunch
  • Ocean salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Lightly grease a baking sheet with oil. Cut out 4 circles from the dough, each 15 cm in diameter and 5 mm thick.

Step 2

Place the dough circles on a baking sheet, prick the dough with a fork, and bake for 10 minutes until golden brown. Then allow to cool.

Step 3

While the dough is baking and cooling, chop the chives and tear the fish into long strips by hand. Mix the sour cream with the chives, then season with salt and pepper.

Step 4

Press down the top layer of the dough to create a well. Leave a 3 cm strip around the edges to form a border. Place the fish in the well.

Step 5

Drizzle the salmon with the sour cream dressing and sprinkle with arugula or watercress. If desired, the tarts can be placed back in the oven for a few minutes to warm them up before serving. In this case, the salad should be served separately.
