- Puff Pastry - 17.6 oz
- Cinnamon - 2.8 oz
- Whole egg - 1 piece
- Powdered Sugar - to taste

Place the thawed pastry on a clean surface dusted with flour.

Roll it out with a rolling pin until thin.
