Ingredients

  • Sugar - 0.9 oz
  • Egg white - ½ piece
  • Strawberry - 1.8 oz
  • Potato protein - 0.2 oz
  • Water - 3 fl oz
  • Vanillin - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Whip the egg white until stiff peaks form and gradually add the sugar (15 grams) and vanillin while continuing to whip. Using a tablespoon, place the whipped egg whites into a deep dish with barely boiling water.

Step 2

After 2–3 minutes, turn the snowballs over and cover with a lid; let them sit for 5 minutes.

Step 3

Remove the snowballs with a slotted spoon onto a sieve, and when the water drains, place the snowballs on a plate, pouring over them the strawberry jelly made from strawberries, starch, and sugar (10 grams).
