Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour - 2 cups
  • Egg white - 1 piece
  • Butter - 1.8 oz
  • Sour Cream - 3 tablespoons
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Activated Baking Soda - ½ teaspoon
  • Oranges - 1 piece
  • Sugar - 5.6 oz
  • Corn Starch - 1 tablespoon

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cream the butter with sugar, add sour cream, egg, baking soda, salt, flour, and mix thoroughly. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator.

Step 2

For the filling, cut the orange into segments, remove the seeds, and blend it with the peel, sugar, and cornstarch using a blender.

Step 3

Take the dough out, roll it out, spread the filling, smooth it out, and roll it into a log.

Step 4

Place the finished log in the refrigerator for a while, then take it out, slice it into 3 cm pieces, and place them on a baking sheet greased with butter, cut side down.

Step 5

Bake in the oven at 428°F for about 15–20 minutes.
