Soft Orange Cookies
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 17.6 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Sour Cream - 3 tablespoons
- Salt - a pinch
- Oranges - 1 piece
- Activated Baking Soda - ½ teaspoon
- Sugar - 2.8 oz
- Starch film - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cream the butter with sugar, add sour cream, egg, baking soda, salt, flour, mix everything thoroughly, wrap the dough in plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator (while preparing the filling).
Step 2
For the filling, cut the orange into segments, remove the seeds, and blend with the peel, sugar, and starch in a blender.
Step 3
Take the dough out, roll it out fairly thin, spread the filling, smooth it out, roll it up, and place the rolled dough in the refrigerator for a while (I did not put the finished roll in the refrigerator).
Step 4
Remove it, cut into pieces about 3 cm, place on a baking sheet greased with butter (I baked on a silicone mat). Bake in the oven at 428°F for about 15–20 minutes.
