- Sour Cream - 5 tablespoons
- Oat flakes - 1 cup
- Honey - 5 tablespoons
- Sugar - ½ cup
- Wheat Flour - 1 cup
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Activated Baking Soda - ½ teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grind the oat flakes in a blender, but not too much, so they don't turn into flour.
Step 2
Mix the flour and baking soda.
Step 3
Cream the butter with sugar, add the egg, sour cream, and honey.
Step 4
Add the ground flakes and flour to the liquid ingredients. Mix everything well and spoon the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 5
Place the dough far apart from each other, as the cookies will expand significantly — this will prevent them from sticking together. Bake the cookies for 10–15 minutes at 392°F.
