Ingredients

  • 20% Sour Cream - 17.6 oz
  • Potato protein - 2 tablespoons
  • Brown Sugar - 8.8 oz
  • Puff Pastry - 1 piece
  • Fresh Berries - 3.9 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Whip the sour cream with sugar, gently add the starch, preferably through a sieve to avoid lumps.

Step 2

Roll out the previously thawed pastry: it usually comes in a roll, in which case the dough should be folded in half and rolled out that way.

Step 3

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, place the pastry on it. Evenly distribute the berries over the surface, then pour the sour cream mixture on top.

Step 4

Bake at a temperature of 170–374°F for 40 minutes to 1 hour. You can check for doneness by looking for cracks on the surface of the sour cream — this means it has thickened enough. The pie should rest overnight in a cool place; it's better not to serve it hot, as it may burn you!
