- Puff Pastry - 2 lbs
- Sour Cream - 17.6 oz
- Powdered Sugar - 8.8 oz
- Chocolate - 3.5 oz
- Walnuts - 3 pieces
- Vanillin - 0 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Roll out the puff pastry and cut out circles the size of a plate.
Step 2
Bake the cut-out circles in the oven at 356°F for 10–15 minutes.
Step 3
While the circles are baking, prepare the cream. Mix the sour cream with powdered sugar and vanillin.
Step 4
Spread cream on the baked circle, cover it with the next circle, and spread cream on that one as well. Repeat with all circles.
Step 5
Once all layers are spread with cream, melt the chocolate in a water bath.
Step 6
Drizzle the finished cake with chocolate and sprinkle with walnuts.
