Ingredients
- Butter - 4.4 oz
- Cookie - 8.8 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 26.5 oz
- Sugar - 7.8 oz
- Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
- Sour Cream - 6.3 oz
- Citrus Zest Mix - 2 spoons
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 2 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Crush the sweet cookies into fine crumbs, using a food processor if desired, then add the softened butter and pulse again until combined.
Step 2
Line a 22 cm diameter baking dish with foil. Spoon the mixture into the dish and press it firmly against the bottom and sides. Place the dish on a baking sheet and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 320°F. Beat the remaining ingredients with a mixer until smooth. Pour the filling into the prepared cookie crust and bake in the oven for 1 hour (or until the center of the cake is set). Turn off the oven and let the cake cool in the oven with the door slightly open. Then cover and refrigerate overnight.
