Ingredients
- Shortbread Cookies - 10.6 oz
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Sour Cream - 17.6 oz
- Sugar - 5.3 oz
- Gelatin - 0.5 oz
- Water - ¾ cup
- Frozen Cherimoya Fruits - 1 cup
- Chocolate - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 356°F. Soak the gelatin in warm water and let it swell for 10–15 minutes. Take the berries out of the freezer.
Step 2
Crush the cookies and mix them with melted butter. Grease a springform pan with butter. Press the cookie mixture into the bottom of the pan and compact it well. Place the pan in the oven and bake for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
Step 3
Mix the sour cream with the sugar until fully dissolved.
Step 4
Put the swollen gelatin in the microwave on a low setting until fully dissolved. Meanwhile, place the cherries on the cooled cheesecake base.
Step 5
Combine the gelatin with the sour cream. Carefully pour this mixture over the cheesecake base so that the cherries remain in place. Sprinkle with grated chocolate. Refrigerate until the sour cream is fully set (about 2–3 hours depending on the pan).
