- Sour Cream - 13.2 oz
- White Chocolate - 8.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a small saucepan, heat the sour cream until hot.
Step 2
Melt 210 grams of chocolate in a water bath or in the microwave.
Step 3
Pour the hot sour cream into the bowl with the melted chocolate and mix well.
Step 4
Divide the finished cream into serving molds and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Before serving, place the cream in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Step 5
Grate the remaining chocolate on a coarse grater and sprinkle it over the sour cream before serving. You can also decorate with dark chocolate for contrast (optional).
