Description

- Sour Cream - 7.1 oz
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Farm fresh eggs - 3 pieces
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Wheat Flour - 3 cups
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat the butter with sugar, adding the eggs one at a time while mixing at medium speed. Add the sour cream.
Step 2
Sift in the flour (you can add a little less to keep the dough more liquid, which makes the cookies softer).
Step 3
Grease the baking sheet with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs (or use parchment paper).
Step 4
Place the cookies in circles. If the dough is too liquid, use a tablespoon or a piping bag to shape them.
Step 5
Bake for 25–30 minutes at 356°F.
