Sour Cream Jelly with Berries

- Jelly Powder - 3.5 oz
- Sour Cream - 8.8 oz
- Honey - to taste
- Sugar - to taste
- Fresh Berries - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Let's start by preparing the jelly according to the instructions, but we will use half the amount of water required. For example, I needed to dissolve 1 packet (50 g) in one glass of water, since 2 packets (100 g) require 2 glasses of water, but we need half, so we dissolve 100 g of jelly in 1 glass of cold water.
Step 2
Next, following the instructions, I let everything sit for 40 minutes, and then brought it to a boil while stirring continuously.
Step 3
We let the mixture cool, meanwhile, we place berries or fruits at the bottom of the container where the dessert will be served (I added a few pieces of strawberries from jam).
Step 4
In the sour cream, we add the slightly cooled liquid, honey/sugar/powdered sugar (optional, the jelly is sweet enough on its own) and whip everything together.
Step 5
Pour into the container with the fruits/berries and place in the refrigerator for another hour until fully set.
