  • Cinnamon - a pinch

Step by Step guide

Whisk the yolk with sugar, combine with soaked gelatin and boiling milk, and heat while stirring until the gelatin dissolves and slightly thickens; strain and add crushed cinnamon.

Step 2

Meanwhile, whip the sour cream with the sour milk until frothy and gradually pour in the gelatin solution, mix well, pour into a mold, and chill.
