- Sour Cream - 8.8 oz
- Fruit Jelly - 3.5 oz
- Fresh Berries - to taste

Let's start by preparing the jelly according to the instructions, but we will use half the amount of water required. For example, I needed to dissolve 1 packet (50 g) in 1 glass of water, since 2 packets (100 g) require 2 glasses of water, but we need half, so we dissolve 100 g of jelly in 1 glass of cold water.
Step 2
Next, following the instructions, I let it sit for 40 minutes, then brought it to a boil while stirring continuously.

Let the mixture cool, meanwhile, place the berries or fruits (I added a few pieces of strawberries from jam) at the bottom of the container where the dessert will be served.

Add the slightly cooled liquid to the sour cream, along with honey/sugar/powdered sugar (optional, the jelly is sweet enough), and whip everything together.
Step 5
Pour into the container with the fruits/berries and place in the refrigerator for another hour until fully set.
