Sour Cream Muffins
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 5.3 oz
- Sugar - 3.5 oz
- 20% Sour Cream - 6.3 oz
- Vanilla salt - 1 tablespoon
- Baking Powder - ⅓ teaspoon
- Vegetable Oil - ½ tablespoon
- Activated Baking Soda - ⅓ teaspoon
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Muesli - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sift the flour with baking soda and baking powder.
Step 2
Add regular and vanilla sugar to the flour, mix well.
Step 3
Add the eggs to the flour mixture (I used small ones, so I took 3), and beat with a mixer until smooth.
Step 4
Add the sour cream and beat with a mixer on high speed for a couple of minutes.
Step 5
Pour in the vegetable oil and beat again.
Step 6
Transfer the batter into molds, sprinkle with whatever you like, and place in the oven for 40 minutes at 356°F.
Step 7
Let the finished muffins rest for a couple of hours or overnight. Before serving, you can slightly warm them up.
