- 20% Sour Cream - 24.7 oz
- Wheat Flour - 1½ cups
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Vanillin - a pinch
- Baking Powder - 0.4 oz
- Butter - 0.5 oz
- Powdered Sugar - 1 cup
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix 400 grams of sour cream, flour, sugar, vanillin, and baking powder.
Step 2
Place the resulting dough into a springform pan that has been greased with butter.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 347°F and bake the dough for 50 minutes.
Step 4
Blend the remaining 300 grams of sour cream and powdered sugar until smooth.
Step 5
Remove the pie from the pan and cut it into two layers.
Step 6
Spread sour cream frosting on the bottom layer, place the top layer on it, pour the remaining frosting over the pie, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
