Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 8.8 oz
- Sugar - 7 tablespoons
- Cottage cheese - 4.2 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Milk - 9 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil - 4 tablespoons
- Starch film - ½ tablespoon
- Vanillin - a pinch
- Plums - 17.6 oz
- Powdered Sugar - ½ tablespoon
- 20% Sour Cream - 14.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix flour, baking powder, 5 tablespoons of sugar, egg, cottage cheese (preferably passed through a sieve), vegetable oil, and 2 tablespoons of milk to make the dough. Place it in a baking dish lined with parchment paper, forming edges.
Step 2
Combine starch, powdered sugar, and vanillin (if you have ready-made vanilla pudding powder, use half a packet). Dissolve this mixture in 3 tablespoons of milk. Boil the remaining milk with sugar, pour in the dissolved pudding, and cook, stirring, for 1 minute, then cool.
Step 3
Cut the plums in half and remove the pits. Mix the cooled pudding with sour cream.
Step 4
Spread the cream over the dough, then place the plums cut side up. Bake the pie at 356°F for 45–50 minutes.
Step 5
Cool the finished pie and refrigerate for a few hours before serving, preferably overnight.
