- Gelatin - 0.7 oz
- Milk - 13 fl oz
- Nuts - 10.6 oz
- Sour Cream - 12.3 oz
- Powdered Sugar - 5.3 oz
- Chocolate - 1.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
First, soak the prunes and dissolve the gelatin in the milk.
Step 2
Chop the almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts (a mix or one type, as desired) and prunes.
Step 3
Whip the sour cream and powdered sugar.
Step 4
Heat the gelatin in a water bath until fully dissolved and add it to the sour cream.
Step 5
Combine the prunes, nuts, and sour cream, mix well, pour into a mold, and refrigerate for 2–3 hours to set.
Step 6
Garnish the finished dessert with grated chocolate.
