- Sour Cream - 7.1 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 2 pieces
- Sugar - 3.2 oz
- Salt - ½ teaspoon
- Wheat Flour - 10.6 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Melt the butter and let it cool slightly. Beat the eggs with sugar and add them to the butter. Also add the sour cream. Sift the flour and combine it with salt and baking powder.

Gradually add the flour to the egg and sour cream mixture.
Step 3
Knead a soft, pliable dough. You may need a little more flour than stated in the recipe.
Step 4
Roll the dough into small ropes and shape them into rolls.
Step 5
Place the rolls on a baking sheet greased with butter.
Step 6
Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for about 15 minutes until lightly browned. Serve warm with tea or milk.
