Ingredients
- Sugar - 12.3 oz
- Wheat Flour - 14.1 oz
- Chicken Egg - 4 pieces
- Sour Cream - 7.1 oz
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Cocoa Powder - 2 spoons
- Activated Baking Soda - ½ spoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs with 175 g of sugar using a mixer.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, beat 175 g of sugar with softened butter.
Step 3
Combine everything together, add sour cream and flour, and mix well.
Step 4
Add baking soda (dissolve it in vinegar), and mix well.
Step 5
Divide the resulting dough into 2 equal parts, adding cocoa to one half and mixing well.
Step 6
Grease the baking dish with oil, place 2 tablespoons of the dark batter in the center, then add 2 tablespoons of the light batter in the middle of the dark batter, repeating this process until all the batter is used.
Step 7
Bake for about 1 hour.
