Ingredients
- Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
- Marinated cherries - 3 pieces
- Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Dried Chamomile - 1 teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Take 1/4 of the green pepper (red can be used, to taste), medium-sized cherry tomatoes, and wash them.
Step 2
Cut the tomatoes in half, then into 3 pieces. Slice the pepper lengthwise into strips and then into squares.
Step 3
Add everything to a frying pan and sauté for a couple of minutes.
Step 4
While it's frying, beat the eggs and add the dried herbs to the mixture.
Step 5
Pour the eggs into the frying pan and cover with a lid. Wait for a minute.
Step 6
Remove the lid and set it aside. Turn the heat up high and continuously stir the omelette with a large spatula.
Step 7
Serve on a plate, garnished with cheese and pepper.
