- Milk - 1 fl oz
- Cottage cheese - 8.8 oz
- Citrus Zest Mix - 0.4 oz
- Chicken Egg - 4 pieces
- Sugar - 8.8 oz
- Wheat Flour - 10.6 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Melt the butter, then beat it well with 200 g of sugar and vanilla, adding 3 eggs one at a time while continuing to beat.
Step 2
Pour in the milk, then add the lemon zest, flour, and baking powder. The batter is ready.
Step 3
For the filling, mix everything together without any tricks or secrets. The ingredients are: cottage cheese, 1 egg, 50 g of sugar, 1 tablespoon of flour, and lemon juice.
Step 4
Pour half of the batter into a greased baking dish, then carefully spread the filling evenly over the surface and pour the remaining batter on top.
Step 5
Bake in the oven at 180–200°C for about 35 minutes.
