Preheat the oven to 356°F. Mix the salt with 120 ml of cold water, then add the flour and mix well. Place the dough on a floured surface, knead lightly, and shape it into a ball.

Roll the dough very thinly and place it on a parchment-lined baking sheet, ensuring the dough fits the shape of the sheet. Lightly spray the dough with water to make it shiny, prick it in several places with a fork, and sprinkle with coarse salt and poppy seeds. To make it easier to break the crackers later, score the dough in a grid pattern.
Step 3
Bake until crispy and golden, about 15-20 minutes. Break into pieces and serve.
