- Passion fruit syrup - 0 fl oz
- Pomegranate Syrup - 0.7 oz
- Cucumbers - 2.1 oz
- Pomegranate Seeds - 2.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the spelt once under cold water.
Step 2
In a pot over medium heat, cook the spelt with water for 15–17 minutes, stirring constantly. Drain the water.
Step 3
Meanwhile, dice the cucumber into small cubes, peel the pomegranate, and separate the seeds.
Step 4
Remove the porridge from heat, transfer it to a deep plate, add the syrups, and mix. Garnish with cucumber cubes and pomegranate seeds.
