  • Cayenne Pepper - 3 tablespoons
  • Ocean salt - 2 tablespoons
  • Ground Dried Garlic - to taste
  • Apple juice with pulp - to taste
  • Chopped almonds - 17.6 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Soak the almonds in water overnight.

Step 2

Mix the tamarind paste, cayenne pepper, salt, garlic, and apple juice.

Step 3

Add the nuts and mix well.

Step 4

Spread the nuts in a thin layer to dry at 104°F for 24–36 hours until crispy.
