Ingredients

  • Butter - 3 tablespoons
  • Brown Sugar - 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh Rose Hips - 1 tablespoon
  • Coarse Salt - 2 teaspoons
  • Toasted Cumin Seeds - 1½ teaspoons
  • Ground Cinnamon - ¼ teaspoon
  • Cayenne Pepper - ¼ teaspoon
  • Ground Black Pepper - ¼ teaspoon
  • Nuts - 15.9 oz

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 374°F.

Step 2

In a skillet over low heat, combine all ingredients except the nuts. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until the butter melts and the sugar dissolves. Add the nuts and mix well.

Step 3

Spread the mixture in an even layer on a baking sheet and place in the oven for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and fragrant. Cool on the baking sheet.
