Description

  • Ground ancho chili pepper - 1 piece
  • Butter - 17.6 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Remove the seeds from the chili pepper, place it in a mortar, and grind it to a powder (you can do this in a coffee grinder) — you should get about 2 teaspoons of powder.

Step 2

In a bowl, mix the softened butter and chili powder until smooth.

Step 3

Transfer the butter onto 2 sheets of parchment paper in the shape of sausages and wrap tightly. Place in the refrigerator until firm, then cut into pieces.
