  • Blanched frozen corn - 10.6 oz
  • Pickled Eggplant with Peppers - 8.8 oz
  • Sour Cream - 1 can
  • Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Baking Powder - ½ teaspoon
  • Mild Chili Spice - 2 tablespoons
  • Corn Flour for Polenta - ¾ cup
  • Cheese Spread - 8.8 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 374°F. Grease a baking dish with butter.

Step 2

Grate the cheese.

Step 3

Mix the corn flour with chili, baking powder, salt, and pepper.

Step 4

Beat the eggs, add sour cream, milk, and whisk thoroughly.

Step 5

Combine the eggs with the corn mixture, 1 cup of cheese, and corn kernels. Mix well.

Step 6

Transfer the batter to the baking dish and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
