Spicy Goat Cheese Chips
Ingredients
- Goat cheese - 1.8 oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 0.7 oz
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Sriracha - 3 teaspoons
- Garlic - 7 cloves
- Lemon-Pepper Mix - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grate the goat cheese using a fine grater.
Step 2
Do the same with the hard cheese.
Step 3
Place spoonfuls of goat cheese on parchment paper.
Step 4
In a deep bowl, mix the Sriracha and tomato sauce.
Step 5
Season with the pepper mix.
Step 6
Peel the garlic.
Step 7
Press the garlic into the sauce using a garlic press.
Step 8
Mix well.
Step 9
Add half a teaspoon of sauce to each portion of cheese.
Step 10
Sprinkle a pinch of Parmesan on top.

Lightly salt and bake in the oven at 356°F.
